Robert Franklin Weiss, 94, of Horicon passed away peacefully on Monday, January 8, 2024 at Marvin’s Manor in Horicon. Robert was born on July 28, 1929 the son of Frank and Hulda A. i was always amazed how calm uncle bob was. i think he just turned off his hearing aids sometimes!!!! he was so good to my aunt delores and made her very happy. hugs to the family.
