Delaine M. “Mickey” Mulvaney, age 86, of Reeseville, died Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at SSM St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison.
Visitation for Mickey will be at Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam on Friday, February 20, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:20 a.m. Funeral services will follow at the funeral home at 11:30 a.m. with Terry Wolff officiating. A meal will be served at the funeral home then burial will follow at Reeseville Cemetery.
Delaine May was born on October 16, 1939, at home on the family farm in the Town of Farmington, Jefferson County, Wisconsin to Conrad and Violet (Zimdars) Hintermeyer. She graduated from Johnson Creek High School in 1957. On July 14, 1967, she was united in marriage with Duane B. “Shorty” Mulvaney in Baton Rouge, LA. They made their home there for 30 years before moving back to Wisconsin. Mickey loved to travel. She also enjoyed shopping and doing word search puzzles.
Survivors include her daughter, Debbie (Dale) Neuberger of Reeseville; two grandchildren, Travis Neuberger (Janice Stadler) of Mayville and GeNelle (John) Petrie of Burnett; four great grandchildren, Landri, Finley, and Acelynn Neuberger, and Easton Petrie; a sister-in-law, Joan Peck of Friendship; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mickey was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 2016; an infant great grandchild, Reagon Neuberger; her brother, Everett Hintermeyer; a sister, Delores (LeRoy) Zimmerman; and several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
The family would like to thank the staff and doctors at SSM St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison for the loving care they provided to Mickey.
