Adeline G. Callies

Adeline G. Callies, age 75, of Hartford, WI passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at The Pavilion at Glacier Valley in Slinger.A funeral service for Adeline will be held on Saturday, May 21 at 1 p.m. at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, Huilsburg, with Rev. Jeffery Drake officiating. A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 21, from 10 a.m. till 1 p.m. at church. Burial will take place at Trinity Cemetery. Adeline was born on July 5, 1940 in the township of Theresa, the daughter of Otto and Edna (nee Wesener) Belling. Adeline was a graduate of Mayville High School. She was united in marriage to Norman G. Callies on May 11, 1968 in West Bend at St. John’s Lutheran Church. She retired from the Aurora Medical Center in Hartford, WI. Also, Adeline together with her husband and family farmed in rural Hartford. She was a member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, Huilsburg and was a former member of the church choir.She is survived by her husband- Norman of Hartford. Her children- Christine Callies of Hartford, David (Tricia) Callies of Iron Ridge, and Daniel (fiancé’ Stacey Quandt) Callies of Iron Ridge. Her brother- Carlton (Judy) Belling of Jackson. Her grandchildren- Michael Callies, Kimberley Callies, and Jorja Alioto. Her brother in law- Karl Callies. She is further survived by other relatives & friends.She was preceded in death by her parents, and her in laws- George and Gertrude Callies.Memorials may be directed to the charity of one’s choice.
