Alice Solberg

Alice L. Solberg, age 88, died Friday, July 14, 2017 at Bay Harbor Assisted Living in Beaver Dam. Visitation for Alice will be at Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam on Sunday, July 16, 2017 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM. Funeral services will follow at the funeral home on Sunday at 1:00 PM. Rev. Joy Mortensen-Wiebe will officiate. The former Alice Laura Stevenson was born on November 27, 1928 in Gays Mills, Wisconsin to the late Charles and Emma (Copus) Stevenson. Alice lived in Beaver Dam for about 25 years during which time she was a member of First Lutheran Church. She also enjoyed fishing on both Beaver Dam Lake and Fox Lake. Alice worked at ShopKo for a while and also worked at JC Penny’s in West Bend and waitressed in West Bend. Survivors include her three children, Kenneth (Nancy) Solberg of Viroqua, Patricia (Lawrence) Moye of Kewaskum, and Vicki (Dale) Krutke of Necedah; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Wanda Yttri.
