Allan R. Dondero

Allan R. Dondero, age 59, of Reeseville, formerly of Connecticut, died Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at Aurora Medical Center in Summit. A memorial gathering will be held at the Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home, 214 South Main Street in Reeseville, on Friday, June 19, 2015 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. A memorial service will follow at the funeral home beginning at 6:00 PM. Allan Robert Dondero was born on May 3, 1956 in Brockton, MA to the late Allan K. and Roberta J. (Grundy) Dondero. Throughout his life, Allan lived both in the Stafford Connecticut area and the Reeseville, Wisconsin area. He was currently working at Master Mold in Johnson Creek. The power of music really inspired Allan. He also enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and camping. He loved his children and grandchildren and appreciated the time he spent with them. He will be fondly remembered for his great sense of humor and his ability to make people laugh. Allen was a die-hard Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan. Survivors include his six children, Amy (Mikell) Wright, Carrie (Jason) Hicking, and Valerie Dondero, all of CT, Beth (Matthew) Czlapinski of Reeseville, Timmothy Dondero of Johnson Creek, and Alyssa Dondero of CT; twelve grandchildren; his first wife, Jill Schweitzer of CT; his second wife, Susan Dondero of Waterloo; his brother, Thomas Dondero of Reeseville; his step mother, Norma Dondero of CT; four step siblings, and many other family and friends. Allan was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Robert Dondero; and a step sister. The Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Reeseville is caring for the family.
