I was in the Peace Corps with Art. We worked together when he developed chicken feed mill with chickens imported from USA.
After Peace Corps he visited and stayed at our house in Santa Clara, California before going to Belize. He had an older car with a small loan on it he wanted to have. “Disappear”. I had a friend in wrecking yard business who ensured it came back as an unmarked Toyota.
We used to ride motorcycles together in Sabah and even went to Last Chance Bar together as well as my remote posting in Damai, Sabah.
He was a very kind and good person.
