Beatrice A. Yuds, 97 years of Columbus died on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at the Larson House in Columbus.

Funeral Service for Beatrice will be on Friday, January 21, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Zeidler Funeral Home in Columbus with the Rev. Robert Wilke officiating. Friends may call at the time of service at the funeral home. Interment will be at Hillside Cemetery in Columbus.

Beatrice was born on October 1, 1913 in the town of Westford, Dodge County the daughter of Charles and Emma (Knoll) Spielman. She was married to Loren Yuds in Columbus on February 11, 1945.

Beatrice worked for 15 years as a housekeeper. She was a member of Zion Ev. Lutheran Church in Columbus.

Beatrice is survived by a niece, Teresa Land and four nephews: Edward, John and Michael Dougherty and Dale Yuds and a sister-in-law, Eileen Dougherty.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Loren on July 17, 1987 and two sisters.
