Benjamin N. Achuff, 24, of Beaver Dam passed away on June 20, 2024 and left us far too soon.
A Celebration of Ben’s Life will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2024 from Noon until 4:00 p.m. at Kestrel Ridge Golf Club, 900 Avalon Road, Columbus, WI 53925.
Benjamin Nathanial was born on June 1, 2000 the son of Jason S. and Jessica L. (Herrick) Achuff in Columbus, Wisconsin. Ben was a 2018 graduate of Beaver Dam High School. He had worked with his dad, Jason in medical transportation.
Ben was a vibrant, free spirit who lived each day with adventure and was always seeking new experiences and challenges, such as zip lining and parachuting. An avid outdoors man, Ben loved hunting and fishing. Those who knew Ben will remember his incredible sense of humor and joy he brought to their lives. He had the unique ability to make others laugh. His laughter was infectious and was a testament to his good heart and generous spirit. Ben loved music and attended countless concerts. During his high school years, Ben was active in many sports especially baseball and wrestling. Additionally, Ben enjoyed taking photos and capturing all the moments around him that mattered most.
Ben cherished his family and friends, and his love for them was evident in everything he did. He was a loyal friend. His kindness made him a lasting impact in the lives of those around him.
Among his many passions, Ben especially cherished golfing with his Dad. Those moments on the golf course were some of his most treasured memories.
Ben is survived by his mother Jessica Achuff; his siblings: Hillary Achuff, Austin Achuff and Andrea Achuff (fiancé Nathan Hendrix); his nephews: Carter Achuff and Cameron Hendrix; aunts, uncles, relatives and a wide circle of friends who loved him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jason and his paternal grandmother Susan Marks.
Though Ben is no longer with us, his spirit, laughter and love will continue to live on in the hearts of the many that knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

Ben was someone who I met through my stepdad, but upon meeting him I instantly took a liking to him. For a summer straight I would ask my stepdad, oh man is Ben coming over today, or most importantly, when are we golfing next. Ben taught me literally everything I know about the game of golf, we went a ton last year, I sort of looked at him as a sort of mentor or coach. He was an awesome person, and I feel that anyone who got to be in his presence was blessed, including me, I will forever miss you Ben, and our 9 am tee times you were never on time for 😂. Rip Ben, tell we meet again❤️

I will forever hold close the memories of golfing with Ben, and Jason.( And getting my ass handed to me btw) But one memory that will always be one of my favorite is when we went to Kentucky to see TOOL!! I had so much fun with Ben, Jordan, n Zac. I'll miss hearing how I almost hit a tire, (rim n all ) on the side of the road, I didn't even see.
He always made me smile. Im honored I get to call him my friend.
