Brian Paul Martin, age 39, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2024 at his home.
Brian was born May 24, 1984 the son of Mary and Robert Martin. Brian graduated from the Wisconsin National Guard Challenge Academy in January 2002 at Fort McCoy, WI.
Brian was a jack of all trades, and he loved working with his hands. He loved the outdoors and fishing. Brian, in all his goofiness, was loved by his family. Brian was a fierce protector of those he loved. Brian was the type that would give you his shirt off his back if you needed it. Through the struggles in his life, he still could help others in a loving way.
Brian is survived by his mother, Mary (Reininger) Martin, Beaver Dam, WI, father Robert Martin, Green Lake, WI; brothers Nicholas (Shelia) Martin, Colorado Springs, CO, Joel Martin (Amber), Beaver Dam, WI, aunts: Ann (Dale) Sprang, Racine, WI, Kelly (Dan) Mauer, Mayville, WI, Sandy (Pete) Entringer, Minocqua, WI, Bonnie (John “Skoot”) Skadahl, West Bend, WI, Terry (Bruce) Larson of Bothell, Washington, Gail (Bob) Heidt, Cuyhoga Falls, OH; nieces and nephews: Sienna (Joel Martin), Randolph, WI; Robert and Carolyn (Nick Martin), Colorado Springs, CO, and many cousins.
Brian is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Roger and Nancy Reininger, paternal grandparents Carroll and Shirley Martin, and his much-loved uncle Jon Reininger and other relatives from the past.
A private family Celebration of Life for Brian will be held.

my heart cannot begin to express the loss Brian left on this Earth. My heart breaks for all of you. He was such an important person growing up in my childhood, before school when my mom babysat the kids in the neighborhood, and through the school years. I thought of him often, and quite a bit recently. I loved his beautiful soul and he will always, ALWAYS be remembered in my heart. I’m here for you all, always, and anytime you need.
