Carie L. Auchue, 37, of Fox Lake passed away peacefully at her home in Fox Lake on Friday, April 21, 2017. Funeral services for Carie will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Noon at the Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home, N7199 N. Crystal Lake Road, Beaver Dam with Pastor Chris Jansen officiating. A visitation will be held prior from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at Noon at the funeral home. Carie Lin Auchue was born on February 21, 1980 in Oshkosh. In May of 1980, she was adopted by Richard and Donna (Bowe) Auchue. Carie was a 2001 graduate of Beaver Dam High School. She had been employed at Save- A- Lot from 2001 – 2010. She was a member of Cornerstone Church of Waupun. Carie was proud to be a Special Olympic Athlete since 1994 until the present. She enjoyed competing in swimming, basketball, bowling and bocce. She even competed in powerlifting for two years and was able to deadlift 250 lbs. She has been a Venture Scout since 2007. She enjoyed attending Lutherdale Bible Camp for many years. Another one of Carie’s great loves was horses. She is survived by her mother Donna Auchue of Fox Lake; her sister Tina (Gary) Beauprey of Juneau, her niece Shawna (fiancé Justin Larson) Helsinger of Fall River; three nephews: Aaron Helsinger of Fox Lake, Gary Beauprey Jr. and Jeremiah Beauprey both of Juneau; and her boyfriend Kevin Tesch of Beaver Dam. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Richard Auchue and her step mother Mary Auchue.
