Carol was a wonderful teacher to me when I attended Bethany Lutheran School and she was also my Girl Pioneer Leader. She was a wonderful lady.

Our prayers and sympathy during a difficult time. We first met Carol when she was student practice teaching at St. Matthew’s school in Appleton, WI. She boarded with my family, the Beyer’s, very close to St. Matthew’s. Our parents and family loved having her in our home for that short time. I knew that at that time she was engaged to Harvey and he was from this part of the state. I moved to Columbus when I married and often wondered if our lives would cross. It’s ironic I was caught by her name while reading the Beaver Dam obituaries. Since then I’ve been remembering our fun year with her. God’s blessings to you.
