Delores M. Burbach

Delores M. Burbach, age 92, of Beaver Dam, died peacefully on Thursday, September 25, 2025.

The visitation for Delores will be at First Ev. Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam on Saturday, October 4, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:50 a.m. The funeral service will follow at church on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Jim Wendt officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens in the Town of Trenton, Dodge County, Wisconsin.

Delores was born on May 24, 1933, in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin to August and Grace (Sommers) Weideman. She was a 1952 graduate of Waupun High School. On June 27, 1953, she was united in marriage with Gordon E. Burbach at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Waupun. Delores worked at Kraft Foods in Beaver Dam for 21 years and later helped her husband clean and maintain Murray Funeral Homes for many years. She enjoyed volunteering at the Beaver Dam Community Hospital. In her retirement years, Delores loved going to Ft. Myers, Florida for the winters with her husband, Gordon, and the many friends they made through the years. She was a long-time member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam and, through the years, enjoyed the friendships and the travel with the ladies she met through church.

Survivors include her children Brian (Lori) Burbach of Fond du Lac, Lori (Daniel) Collins of Pewaukee and Jody Burbach of Franklin; grandchildren, Nicholas Burbach, Mitchell (Marissa) Burbach, Spencer Burbach, Eric Collins, Annie Collins, and David Collins; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Delores was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; an infant son, Gregory; her brother George (Phyllis) Weideman; and her sisters, Cecelia (Frank) Vultaggio and Arlene (Roger) Bloch.

If desired, memorials may be made in Delores M. Burbach’s name to First Ev. Lutheran Church or the American Heart Association.

The family would like to extend their appreciation to the caregivers at Epic Care Solutions, especially Tanya. They are also grateful for the wonderful care and support provided by St. Croix Hospice.
