Our hearts are breaking. To lose both Rhonda and Dennis this year is devastating. Thoughts and prayers to all. -- Diane & David Hintzmann (aka--
So, so sad...be at peace, my friend
The deaths of Rhonda, "Hoot," and, now, Dennis Gibson leave unfillable voids in hearts, lives, and community. Heartache is the heaviest of burdens- too heavy for one to bear alone. I'm so sorry, Dennis, that you felt you had to do it on your own. So, to Dennis' son, family, closest friends, and fellow firefighers- know that our community will do our very best to help shoulder the burden of this tragic loss. May we never forget how Dennis, Rhonda, and "Hoot" served and enriched our lives and community with their benevolence and service.
Lots of memories. Night fishing, cruising around, playing cards, singing, getting "sugars", being called "Grandma". Only Dennis could get away with that one! He and Rhonda helped with my car whenever I needed them! Rest in peace Dennis, you are reunited with the love of your life! Miss you both. Kenny...my heart goes out to my "adopted" son. If you need anything let me know.
RIP- you are now with the love of your life for eternity. Helen/Frank Chase-neighbor/friend, Reeseville
You will be missed, but you are right back with Rhonda. Love, and prayers.
There are no words I can say that can ease any pain you are feeling. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
I have never met this gentleman or any of his family. But my heart keeps telling me that the loss of his wife Rhonda, earlier this year, was just too much for HIS heart to handle. I could be way off, and either way my prayers go out to all the family and friends who lost two members of the same family so close together. Some people really are meant to be together forever, and thats what I see when I read this short but telling obituary. Gods Blessings to all of you. May the warmth of Gods love surround you and comfort you thru these sad and hurtful times. Amen!
May your soul find freedom from pain. Rest in peace.
The original brat pack. So many fond memories of Christmas at Grandmas house with my first best friends.
I never had the opportunity to get to know Dennis well but what I do know about Dennis is that he was one of the lucky ones. He met and married his soul mate Rhonda. Together.....and they were always together....they laughed and loved and lived for each other. 2015 has been a year of sad good byes for the Gibsons so my thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this, another sad good bye.
You will be missed by me and my family. My little daughter, Brooke, tells me whenever she would go to the bus stop you would always take time out and say hi to her. You always gave me advice when I was working on my car because I also liked working on cars. I cannot remember a time Rhonda was not at the shop when Dennis was working on cars. I remember baking cookies for Rhonda and Dennis as a thank you for working on my car. Thank you very much Dennis you will be greatly missed.
