Dominic S. Conforti, born June 21, 1945, lost his great battle with AML on January 2, 2026. He went to be with his daughter, family and friends who preceded him in passing.

We hope that those who knew Dom remember him fondly and with a smile. He loved talking to people, even complete strangers, and always said people don’t smile enough now-a-days! He loved fishing, going to Rattlers games, flea markets, playing Texas Holdem and yes, going to HoChunk. With his special son and best bud “Matt”, they would go to the races and farm toy shows. Dom also loved and missed hanging out with the special people in SNAP when it was Green Valley.

Dom, we love and miss you and know you are watching over us. See you on the other side.

Sorry to hear about Dominic, praying for peace for you Matty and your family. Really liked seeing Dominic at the casinos. Hope Mat is doing ok. Again so sorry.

So sad to hear of Dom's passing! He would stop in at City Hall or call the office and we would have great conversations. A very sweet man-he will be missed.
