Psalm 90:10 says that the days of our years are 70 years, And if because of special mightiness they are 80 years.
May the memories of the wonderful times you shared together bring a smile and joy in your heart.

Don Schaeffer left a message on June 6, 2019:

Don was a person I felt privileged to have known and worked with at Mayville Metal Products. After serving in the Air Force, Don helped me find a job at MMP with the intention of eventually advancing to the engineering department. All of which did occur during my 19 plus years employment, and only because Don was there to help.
My sincerest condolences to the family so fortunate to have had Don in their lives.

Thinking of you all as you remember Don's legacy and love. I always thought he resembled Cary Grant so growing up I thought of him as Hollywood royalty. May you be comforted in the thought that he is now reunited with his wife, daughter and great grandson. My prayers and condolences to you all! Cheryl (Hankes) Condon

I enjoyed talking with Donald at Friedensheim. He shared a table with my father. I found that Donald and I had a lot in common a condo in Door County at highland greens & a love of Florida in the cold months. He will be missed.

Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Don was one of the finest guys I worked with at Mayville Metal. Even though I was very young and inexperienced he always treated me as an equal.

One of my favorite memories is when Don was in the office (not on the road selling our services) where he ate lunch at the vending machines like the rest of us! His favorite culinary delight was a hot dog! He never sat down to eat he just worked the crowd with his magnetic personality.

My sincere condolences to the family.
