Donald Mark Polzin, of Beaver Dam WI, died peacefully in his home on June 14, 2017 surrounded by his family. He was 64. I am so sorry to see that you have lost your father. I unfortunately know about your pain as my mother passed suddenly at the end of April. I wish you peace and comfort during this most difficult time and send my deepest sympathies to you and your family. All the best to you all!
