Elaine R. Mortimer

Elaine Rachel Mortimer, age 61, of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin passed away Thursday, November 23, 2023, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison, WI.

Elaine was born on April 26, 1962, in Beloit, Wisconsin to Harley and Jacquelynn Larson.  She graduated UW – Madison and became a Certified Public Accountant.  Through the years she worked for various accounting firms before opening her own accounting business.

Elaine was an incredible person.  She loved adventure, humor, and most of all Jesus.  Her faith in her Savior was an inspiration to all who knew her.

Elaine is survived by her loving husband, Gerald Mortimer; beloved children, Mariola (Spenser) Robers, Peter (Khrystyna) Mortimer, and Sebastian Mortimer; darling grandchildren, Carter and Carson Robers; parents, Harley and Jacquelynn Larson; sister, Laura Larson; brother, Mark (Carole) Larson; all of Gerald’s family; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

There will be a memorial gathering at Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, WI for family and friends of Elaine, on Saturday, December 9, 2023.  The gathering will begin at 10 a.m. with a memorial service at 12 noon with Rev. Kyle Witek presiding.
