Faye Margie Schultz, 83, of Beaver Dam passed away on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Hillside Manor in Beaver Dam. A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Grace Presbyterian Church in Beaver Dam from 11 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at Noon. The Rev. Chris Davis will officiate. Inurnment will take place at Oakwood Cemetery in Beaver Dam at a later date. Faye was born on August 14, 1932 in Rosendale, WI to Edgar and Genevieve (Gilhart) Kuhnz. She was a 1950 graduate of Rosendale High School. Faye was married to James Schultz on April 23, 1960 in Beaver Dam. Faye had been employed with Borden’s in Fond du Lac. She also was employed in the office at Canniff Oil Co. and Weyenberg Shoe Co. in Beaver Dam. Faye began her singing career in Beaver Dam with the city band and also sang in the choir for many years at Grace Presbyterian Church where she was a member. Faye’s passion was sewing. She made clothes for family members and did alterations for people for many years. She especially loved to design and dress dolls. Faye is survived by her husband, James Schultz of Beaver Dam; her daughter, Jessica (Cameron) Beirne of Beaver Dam; her brother, Kent Kuhnz of Ripon; her sister-in-law, Annie Helm of Hermitage, TN; and further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister-in-law, Margaret Kuhnz. She will be missed. Memorials may be directed to Grace Presbyterian Church in Beaver Dam.
