Frank R. Sauer, 80, of Horicon passed away on Monday, November 19, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family. Frank was born the son of Edward and Rose (Ritger) Sauer on November 16, 1938 in Rubicon, WI. He was married to Deborah Riese on October 18, 1975 at St. Stephen Lutheran Church in Horicon.Continue Reading
