Sandy, thanks for Sharing the sad news about your father passing. The picture book brought back a lot of memories.

I'm sorry to hear of Mr. Stange's passing. He was our neighbor on E. Mill St. when I was a pre-kindergartner. I remember him being a gregarious and friendly man. I happened to see him for the first time in probably 50 years not that long ago. He was just as gregarious and friendly as ever. My sympathies to my old playmate "Danny" and the entire family.

So sorry for your loss. Fritz was such a great guy, I knew him growing up and he was so much fun to talk to, I always looked forward to seeing him.

Tiffany Klavekoske left a message on July 7, 2021:

Fred was one of my favorite people. He and his wit will be missed so much. One of my favorite memories is from last year. He sat in his car outside of Rechek's on an early spring day. I went to talk to him and asked what he was doing. He said he was waiting for someone he knew....to go in and get him some "good" vanilla ice cream. He didn't want to go inside because of covid. I purchased some ice cream for him and off he went. It made my day. He always had something to say. You all have my sympathy and are in my thoughts and prayers. What a great guy ❤
