I only met and got to know George and Phyllis while they ran the Sunset Heights motel in Beaver Dam. I can now understand why they went into that business!? I don't think I've ever met a couple who were more honest, truthful and concerned about the happiness and comfort of others!! What a great industry to go into for them and I can't imagine anyone who has ever met them would ever forget their warmth and kindness!! Please accept my sympathies and condolences unfortunately having to have lost someone who set such a wonderful example!!--

To my dear Aunt Phyllis, and family. My deepest sympathy on the passing of an extremely kind, generous, and loving man. I would like to share a few memories of my Uncle George. In addition to kindness, and generosity, he had a great sense of humor, and an infectious laugh. He had the gift of lively conversation, and always took an interest in others. My most enjoyable memories, were his stories. He had a lot of stories, and how I enjoyed them, they always made you laugh and happy. When he would tell a story, he would occasionally turn to my Aunt and say " Right Phyll". It was so endearing. My Uncle George and Aunt Phyllis clearly had an exceptional relationship. My Uncle George will be missed but not forgotten. With love, Alison "Peggy" and Jimmy
