Geraldine M. Fouts, age 61, of Beaver Dam, died on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Beaver Dam Community Hospital surrounded by her family. The visitation will be at Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home on Sunday, January 4, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. The funeral service will follow at the funeral home on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Jeff Nicholas officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery on Monday, January 5, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. The former Geraldine Marshall Miller was born on April 8, 1953 in Camdem, New Jersey, to William and Ruth (Watson) Miller. On December 27, 1986 she was united in marriage with Thomas W. Fouts in Madison, Wisconsin. Being one of 14 children, Geri had strong family morals, so when her and Tom married, there were no issues combining her family with his. She was a courageous woman that fought through four bouts with cancer, always with Tom and her children by her side. Geri is survived by her husband Tom Fouts of Beaver Dam; children, Katina (Steve) Gross, Michaelann Manzines, Howard (Heather) Gundlach, Carol (Richard ) Topper, all of Beaver Dam, and Jim Fouts of Madison; 22 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; siblings, Jeanette (Gene) Rolke of Lodi, Lila (Arlan) Beri of Florida, Sarah Jane (Harry) Bittle of Florida, Carol (Jerry) Burckhardt of Sauk City, Wayne Miller of South Dakota, Gary Roof of Madison, Peggy (Charles) Miller of Pennsylvania, Sue Miller of CT, & Toni Ippolite of NJ; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; seven siblings; and several other family members. The Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam is caring for the family.
