Helen A. Adamzak

Helen A. Adamzak, 83, longtime resident of Beaver Dam passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by family on Tuesday, July 8, 2025.

Helen was born on May 8, 1942 the daughter of Harry and Agnes (Bashynski) Nadolski. She was a 1960 graduate of Portage High School. She was united in marriage with Lawrence G. Adamzak on February 9, 1963 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Beaver Dam.

Helen was a longtime member of St. Katharine Drexel Parish. Her faith was a steady presence throughout her life.

Helen was a devoted homemaker who found joy in life’s simple pleasures-gardening, caring for her beloved cats and dogs, and cheering on her favorite teams, the Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers.

She will be remembered for her deep love for her family and the warmth and love she brought to her home and family.

Helen will be deeply missed by her husband of 62 years Larry; her children: Kevin (Teresa) Adamzak of Sun Prairie, Laura (Dan) Grant of Neenah and Aaron (Jennifer) Adamzak of DeForest; her grandson Nathaniel Grant; her siblings: Theresa Knight, Joseph (Betty) Nadolski, Irene Baldwin and Henry (Betty) Nadolski. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Agnes, her brother John Nadolski and her father and mother-in-law: Frank and Annabelle Adamzak.

A visitation for Helen will be held on Monday, July 21, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam. A memorial service will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Father Thomas Nadiu officiating. Inurnment will be at St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

Memorial donations in Helen’s name may be made to American Heart Association or to the American Macular Degeneration Foundation.
