My deepest sympathy for the family and friends of JAN. I knew Jan as a fellow Police Officer and a great friend in our N Dakota Duck hunting camp. Ryan, we will always remember your dad. He was a just a nice guy and always a pleasure to be with. I know all the guys in our group will miss him.

I grew up with Jan, we lived next door to each other, we knew each other all of our school years. He was always smiling, always so nice to everyone, the sweetest boy I ever knew. Rest in peace dear Jan. You will be so missed. My deepest sympathy to Ruth & Rayno, Jeff, Julie, Joe...his wife, kids, grandkids. There are no words to express how much it hurts to loose a loved one. I will miss Jan patrolling our neighborhood, he had a good heart and loved his family dearly. He always had a friendly word and smile for everyone. Our hearts join yours in our sadness, but rejoice for his place in heaven.
