This world has lost an amazing person but the next one has gained a helluva soul! We will miss JoAnn and the conversations that we always had, especially when reminiscing about her brother, Charlie, and my Dad, Milton. Godspeed to my life long friends, the Ganske family, and may she rest in eternal peace.
Sorry for your loss. I had Miss Ganske as a teacher in Fox Lake when I was a kid. Since moving to Beaver Dam 7 years ago I happened to run into her at some city happenings and re-introduced myself. She worked with my mother, Connie Polzin, who was secretary at the Fox Lake school for a while.
Please accept our sincere condolences. I was thinking of Joanne last week as I plan a trip to Beaver Day soon. I was so sorry to hear how sick she has been since Feb. She is an amazing woman and so kind to everyone. I always enjoyed visiting with her when our mothers and their friends got together yearly in May. I have many good memories. And it is said that "A life that touches the heart of others goes on forever. (anon.)" With prayers for her and for all, Love, Mary Lou (Kennedy) and Pedro Betancourth
