Pastor John Adlor Beauprey, age 71, of Horicon, Wisconsin passed away peacefully in his home on January 12, 2023.
Funeral services for Pastor John will be held on Monday, January 16, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at the Pentecostal House of Prayer in Horicon. Visitation for Pastor John will be held on Monday, January 16, 2023, at the Pentecostal House of Prayer from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Hartford.
Pastor John was born the son of Clifford and Daisy (Nault) Beauprey on January 10,1952 in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. He was United in marriage to Alice Lormis (Beauprey)on June 6, 1974, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
Pastor John gave his life to God at the age of 22 and went into ministry in March of 1979 and he never looked back. At the age of 30 he became a Pastor at the Pentecostal House of Prayer in Horicon, Wisconsin. Pastor John spent his life taking care of and loving people. He was selfless, full of compassion, a dreamer, a visionary, a father to the fatherless. Pastor John was a man full of faith and fire. His church was his family, and he loved each and every one of you. He was a loving Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather.
He will leave a legacy that will live on through the next generation.
Pastor John is survived by his children: Stacy (Keith) Nummerdor of Horicon; Christine (Sean) Davis of Horicon; Josh (Jenny) Beauprey of Horicon; and Steven (Stefanie) Beauprey of Iron Ridge; 2 adopted children; 19 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren. His siblings: Carl (Ann) Beauprey; Sherry (Donald) Kerston; Fayanne (Wally) Blank; and Jean Linden. His father- in- law, Charles Lormis of Missouri; siblings- in- law: Charles (Bonnie) Lormis of Washington; Roy(Kathy) Lormis of Georgia; Cindy (Myron) Fesler of Missouri; Robert(Laura) Lormis of Missouri; (Christine) Lormis of Horicon. Pastor John is further survived by many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in Death by his wife, Alice Beauprey; his parents, Clifford (Daisy Mae) Beauprey; brother, Robert Beauprey; sister, Betty Braun; brothers- in- law: Phillip Linden; Clarence Braun; David Lormis; sisters-in-law: Maple Beauprey; Marlene Beauprey; and mother-in-law, Loretta Lormis.
Memorials in memory may be directed to the Pentecostal House of Prayer.
