I worked with Kathy at American Family in claims division. She was the sweetest person, always a smile, friendly and always found the answer to any question I asked her. She was one the few persons I missed when she retired just a few years before I did. She talked about her kids with great pride and looked forward to having more time for them as well as her husband. I am so sad to hear she has passed but now she is with Sam once again. Take care.
