Kay Marie Froemming, age 58, of Sun Prairie, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 24, 2024 at her home.
There will be a graveside service for Kay at Oakwood Cemetery in Beaver Dam on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Jim Wendt officiating. A luncheon will follow at Bayside Supper Club.
Kay Marie was born on December 15, 1965 in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin to Orin and Diane (Pollesch) Froemming. She attended Beaver Dam High School. Kay worked at Oscar Mayer in Madison, for over 20 years, where she retired after the plant closed. She worked for Kobussen Bus Company after retirement, as she loved children and serving the community. Kay was an avid cruise lover, going on multiple Carnival cruises with friends and family. She loved spending time with family and friends and was always up for a good talk. When younger she also enjoyed crafts. She was a past member of First Lutheran Church of Beaver Dam
Kay is survived by her sister, Kim (Ben) Smith of Knoxville, TN; her aunts, Darlene Offerman of Oshkosh and Donna Winter of Beaver Dam; uncles, Bob Pollesch of Beaver Dam and Gene Pollesch of Hollywood, FL; other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and uncles, Jim, Larry, Wayne, and Curt Pollesch, Roland and Ike Froemming; and aunt, Ruth Kreiss.
Memorials may be made in Kay M. Froemming’s name to American Heart Association.
