Kenny “Rebel” Rabehl, age 78, formerly of Fox Lake, passed away at his home in Montello on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 after a short illness. “Rebel” was born to Leonard and Ila (Starks) Rabehl on April 29, 1938 in Beaver Dam. He married Joanne Borth on August 31, 1957. Together they had three children, Sherri (Robert) Garcia of Juneau, Randy Rabehl and Chuck (Cheri) Rabehl, both of Waupun; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a very special friend, Edith “Edie” Tyczinski, who Ken spent the last ten years enjoying life with. Kenny was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and an infant sister, Carol. “Rebel” lived life to the fullest. If it wasn’t racing in his younger days, welding in his shop, or having fish fry’s at Lakeside Resort, he was hunting or fishing with his kids, or trying to own bragging rights. Kenny and Edie also loved participating in all the area car shows, showing off his Allante and taking joy rides in his treasured Corvette.
