My sympathy to the family of Patty Bertel. Being the same age (almost) and having gone to school with Patty for a number of years it was always fun being around her. With Patty being the sister of Alice (my Aunt) brought the families together. Since my being away for a number of years, I always enjoyed talking to Patty and Jim at our high school class reunions. The class of 1957 will remember Patty this September as we celebrate our 65th Class Reunion. I might add that when Patty and Jim came to the farm to use the "burn barrel" it also gave me a chance to visit with them. You are a special family because of your Mom and Dad. Now they're looking down on all of us. God Bless you. Eldor
Todd, deepest sympathy and prayers to you and the Bertel family.
Our condolences and prayers for peace, to the entire family.

Our deepest sympathy to all of Patty’s family. We have such good memories of Patty from her days as SJLS Secretary. She was so sweet and helpful to me when I taught there. Trevor, she loved the Molly Moppet that you made for her for Mother’s Day. I even showed her how to make them. We laughed about “Molly” many times. May God wrap His loving arms around you all and give you His peace.

Deepest sympathy to the Bertel Family. I have known Patty for many years and will never forget all of the good times we shared. It is with a heavy heart I say goodbye to my friend.
