Loraine L. Leistico

Loraine L. Leistico, age 94, of Beaver Dam, died on Monday, June 10, 2024 at the Christian Home in Waupun.

The visitation will be at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam, on Friday, June 14, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. The funeral service will follow on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Dennis Meier officiating. Burial will be at Reeseville Cemetery on Friday at 1:00 p.m.

Loraine Louise was born on May 26, 1930 in Reeseville, Wisconsin to Edwin and Hattie (Steindorf) Yerges. She was baptized and confirmed at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Reeseville. Loraine was the Valedictorian of Reeseville High School, class of 1947. She was united in marriage with William Leistico on March 2, 1957. Loraine worked as a teller for the State Bank of Reeseville and later, the American National Bank of Beaver Dam, until her retirement. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam.

Loraine is survived by her children, Lynn “Ed” Leistico of Beaver Dam, Lori (Frank) Mittelstadt of Beaver Dam, and Jean (Ken) Brown of Rhinelander; granddaughter, Erika (Kellen) Smith of Rhinelander; brother, Gerald (Marlene) Yerges of New Berlin; many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bill, on January 14, 1997; and sister, June Neuendorf.

Memorials may be made in Loraine L. Leistico’s name to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
