Margaret Mary Bryan, age 91, of Horicon, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Clearview Nursing Home in Juneau.
A private family Celebration of Margaret’s life will take place on a later date.
Margaret was born the daughter of Ernest and Gertrude (Dillon) Flanagan on June 28, 1933, in Buffalo, New York. Margaret was previously married to Benjamin Bryan and had 5 children.
After Margaret raised her five children, she relocated from Phoenix, AZ to Horicon, WI. She then went back to school and obtained her GED and CNA training. She worked at Clearview for many years. She loved reading, sewing, and crafting of all kinds. Margaret also enjoyed planting flowers in summer! Above all, Margaret cherished her family and the time they spent together.
Margaret is survived by her children: Rachel (Larry) Swanson of Horicon, Wisconsin, Briana Sisco of Counce, Tennessee, Patrick Bryan of Los Angeles, California, Peter (Gerri) Bryan of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Margaret (Mary)(Harry Riemer) Lowe of Watseka, Illinois; 14 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Margaret is further survived by other relatives and friends.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; her 2 sisters Patricia Szuba and Edwina Kellam; son-in-law Charles Sisco; daughter-in-law Theresa Bryan; and former husband Benjamin Bryan.
Margaret’s family would like to give a special thank you to the staff on the Memory Care Unit at Clearview who loved and cared for Margaret.
