Mary A. Schraufnagel

Mary A. Schraufnagel, 95, of Lomira, passed away on Sunday, November 18, 2018 at Hope Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lomira. A visitation for Mary will be held on Tuesday, November 27th from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in LeRoy. The Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Father Tom Biersack presiding. Burial will follow at St. Andrew’s Catholic Cemetery in LeRoy. Mary Angeline was born the daughter of Fredinado and Jovanna (Balzan) Carrollo on December 19, 1922 in Nasbro, Wisconsin. On October 10, 1942 she was united in marriage with Rudolph L. Schraufnagel at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in LeRoy. In her early years, Mary was employed at Grande Cheese. She was a faithful member of St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in LeRoy. She enjoyed traveling and her casino trips. Mary is survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Rudolph in 2010, one son; Jimmy on January 1, 1961, one brother; Leo, and 2 sisters; Clara Tagliapietra and Teresa Wolk.
