Meredith A. Lewis, 79, of Oregon and formerly of Beaver Dam passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2022.
Meredith was born the daughter of Albert and Rosalie (Annis) Lentz on June 28, 1942 in Randolph, WI. She worked several years as a manager for convenience stores and also was a manager at Walmart in material and crafts until her retirement at age 70. Meredith recently moved to the state of Oregon to be closer to her family. She loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren and adored her great-great grandchildren. Meredith was so happy to spend the last eight months with them.
Meredith is survived by her children: Angelic Boelter of Gresham, OR, Bobbie (Mike) Fraiser of Beaver Dam, and Tony (Kris) Schwartz of Beaver Dam; eight grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren: Jj, Lilah, Luna, Mila, and Meleni; her sister Karen (Bill) Fritz of Columbus; brothers: Dennis Lentz of TN and Bill Lentz of Wautoma; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Albert and Rosalie; sisters: Phyllis Chitwood, Henrietta Masche, and Sharon Hanson; brothers: Hubert and Mike Lentz; and a grandson Scott Apollo.
A memorial gathering will be held at the Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam on Friday, May 20, 2022 from 10 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11 a.m. Pastor Jerry Rohrmayer will officiate. Inurnment will take place at St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Beaver Dam.
