Nancy A. Braatz

Nancy A. (Skinner) Braatz, 75, a resident of Karmenta Center in Madison and formerly of Beaver Dam passed away on Friday, May 25, 2018. Nancy was born the daughter of Wallace and Dorothy (Schumacher) Skinner on December 11, 1942 in Milwaukee and later raised in Fox Lake. She was employed with various jobs in the Fox Lake and Beaver Dam area. Nancy attended First Ev. Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam where she enjoyed volunteering her time. She enjoyed playing bingo and taking occasional casino trips. Nancy had a wonderful relationship with her sister and great friend, Marilyn. Nancy is survived by her son, Kevin Braatz of Beaver Dam; her sister, Marilyn (Skinner) Carroll and her husband, Clifford of Wauwatosa; her former husband, Fred Braatz of Beaver Dam; as well as other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her step-father, Glenn Oliver; and her brother, Tom Skinner. A visitation will be held at the Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Rev. Richard Lund will officiate. Interment will take place at Riverside Memorial Park in Fox Lake.
