Norbert Walter Frank Koepsell, age 81, of N7631 Old Hwy 28, Horicon, WI passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2011 at the Beaver Dam Community Hospital in Beaver Dam.

Norbert Walter Frank Koepsell, was born July 8, 1930 in the Town of Herman, WI to Christian and Agnes (nee Quandt) Koepsell. He was baptized at Trinity Lutheran Church in Huilsburg, WI on July 20, 1930 by Pastor Voges and confirmed March 25, 1945 at St. Stephen Lutheran Church in Horicon by Pastor Schwertfeger.

Norbert was married to Lorraine Fink on June 24, 1950 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Tn. Theresa by Pastor Lauterbach. He was employed at the Maysteel Corporation in Mayville for 37 years, reti
