Pam and I were school mates in Reedsburg. We both moved to Madison the Fall of 1969 to go to college. Because my family moved out of state I spent many a weekend with her at her parents in LaValle. Her family basically took me in!
I have so many fond and wonderful memories of that year! We had so much fun!
I will always remember doing donuts (with her mom’s car) in the Hankscraft parking lot during that winter as we waited to pick up her mom from the late shift! We thought we were being so “wild”!!
Rest in peace my old friend! I hope you’re still doing donuts in heaven and singing like an angel!
