Had Dr Youngdale as my eye Dr when I was a Kid. Received my first pair of glasses from him. He always made sure that a child's glasses had their name printed on the bow. That helped my brother when he jumped off the diving board at the beach with his glassed on. He got them back only after they drained the beach.

As a young boy in the 1960's, I recall the trauma and shock of realizing that I actually had to get "glasses!" Dr. Youngdale quickly put me at ease and explained the simple facts in such a kind, accurate and compassionate way, that I not only no longer feared this awful ordeal, but now eagerly looked forward to the "cool" glasses that he'd patiently & professionally helped me choose. This world was a kinder and gentler place because of men like Dr. Youngdale. My sincere sympathies to the family.

Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Such a kind and loving man who was always so gentle with his patients in and out of his office. He made my transition to contact lenses so easy at age 14 and ever since was always so complimentary whenever I'd see him. I recently had the pleasure of visiting with him at The Manor and again, he was always so gracious. My thoughts are with you all.
