Peggy Corton, age 65, of Beaver Dam, died on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Crossroads Care Center in Mayville. The visitation will be at Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam on Monday, June 6, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. There will be a graveside service at Plainfield Cemetery in Plainfield at 12:00 noon with Rev. Jeff Silha officiating. The former C. Peggy Margaret Sparks was born on June 26, 1950 in Green Bay, Wisconsin, to Robert and Edith (Rice) Sparks, Sr. On June 22, 1968 she was united in marriage with Robert Corton in Elroy, Wisconsin at the United Methodist Church. Survivors are her children, Cindy (Terry) Kohls, Kim Yuenger, Tory (Steve) Cox, and Robert Corton, Jr.; grandchildren, Kayla Kohls, Kyle Kohls, Damian Yuenger, Slade Yuenger, Nicole Cox, Stephanie Cox, and Samuel Cox; great grandchildren, Saith Sommerfeldt and Greyson Villa; siblings, Robert Sparks, Jr., Sandy Arentz, and Noreen Sponable; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; sister, Nancy Murray; sister-in-law, Patricia Sparks; nieces, Diane, DeeDee, and Doris Sparks; and nephew, Ronny Mitchell.
