Services: A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 3rd at 1:30 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Mayville with the Rev. Sheila Rahn officiating.
Visitation: A visitation will be held on Monday, May 3rd from 12:00 noon – 1:30 p.m. at the church.
Raymond M. Koepsell, 80 years old, of 8 Manor Hill Drive, Eden, WI and formerly of Mayville, passed away on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at Manor Care Health Services in Fond du Lac, WI.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 3rd at 1:30 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Mayville with the Rev. Sheila Rahn officiating. A visitation will be held on Monday, May 3rd from 12:00 noon – 1:30 p.m. at the church. Interment will take place in the Graceland Cemetery, Mayville. Graveside military rites will be conducted by Mayville Am. Legion Post #69.
Raymond was born on June 30, 1929 in Theresa to Mathias and Margaret (Miller) Koepsell. Ray graduated from Mayville High School. He was united in marriage to Edith L. Bartelt on June 3, 1967 in Mayville. He retired from Mayville Metal Products in Mayville in 1989.
Raymond was a member at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Mayville. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in the Korean Conflict.
Ray is survived by 1 brother- James (Kathleen) Koepsell of Fond du Lac; his step-children- James (Marion) Bartelt of Mayville, Holly (Ronald) Schroeder of N. Fond du Lac, Tom (Joyce) Bartelt of Fond du Lac, Jan (Stella) Bartelt of Madison, Lon (Mary Jo) Bartelt of Mayville, 1 niece Lisa Koepsell; other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Edith.
