Karl and Bette Whitrock left a message on February 22, 2007:

To Mrs. Lueck and Family, Bette and I would like to express our heartfelt condolences on Dick''s passing. Dick and I were best friends in high school and had many fun times and happy memories together. We have gotten together in the past couple years for some golf. We would be there today but we have a Grandson in the state wrestling tournament in Madison at the same time as the funeral. Again our deepest sympathies. God''s Blessings to all of you. Russ and Barb Wirth left a message on February 21, 2007:

We had Dick as our teacher in Juda School in 1966 & 1967. We will always remember his discussions in class about the right wing and the left wing. Also Zeke Zambrovich and Peter Prosnostovich, and the proletariat class and the bushwa class of people. We never did quite figure all this out, but it left us with a lasting impression. Russ had coach Lueck for wrestling his junior and senior year. The team had great success under coach Lueck, culminating with the first wrestlers from Juda to advance to the State Tournament in Madison. THANKS COACH LUECK!! We always bring up his name at class reunion. This summer will be our 40th class reunion and he will be remembered fondly. Our deepest sympathy to all of you at this time.

Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Stacy left a message on February 21, 2007:

Dear Brady & Brenda, Thank you for being there for Dick to care for him as he got ill. You are both very strong people who I love and respect very much. Love, Stacy Dear Brady and Barry, I will remember Dick''s positive outlook on life, even to the last moments...he was thinking of everyone but himself. Over the years, he always complimented me on my accomplishments, even though I thought little of them and of myself. He always boosted my self-confidence. I know the loss of a parent. I hope your treasured memories of the good times will help to comfort you at this time. Our family is very sorry for your loss. Love, Stacy, Dan, Emily and Danielle
