Richard W. Jaresky

Richard W. “Buns” Jaresky, 72, of Beaver Dam passed away on Friday, December 11, 2015 at Hillside Manor in Beaver Dam. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at the Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with the Rev. Paul Stratman officiating. A visitation will also be held on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Oakwood Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Richard was born the son of Francis and Evelyn (Schmidt) Jaresky on September 4, 1943 in Beaver Dam. He was a graduate of Beaver Dam High School. Buns was employed as an over-the-road truck driver for many years. He was a member of St. Stephen’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam. Buns was a sports enthusiast. He loved watching dirt track races, NASCAR, and hockey. He enjoyed his time as a member of the Ed Kulka racing team. Richard is survived by cousins as well as other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his step-father, William Basewald, and his brother, Randy Jaresky.
