Gosh, for starters...it''s been a long time so I hope you remember who I am. I read the announcement of your loss, and my deepest condolences go out to you and your family. I too just lost my grandmother last week. The loss of someone so close is difficult to bear. And it is making the holidays very difficult too. I hope you treasure time with family and the memories you share. And Bill, I read that you were still not seeing eye to eye with your father. I hope you know it is never to late to make amends. As I am sure he loved you and knew of your love every day of his life. He was a Military Man, he wouldn''t have put up the battle if you weren''t worth the fight. And whether you see it now, or years down the road, he helped make you the Man you are today. Be thankful that you were able to share so many of life''s experiences with him including time with your children. The process of putting this in here I think gives you my email, please shoot me an email, would love to catch up. My heart goes out to you and your family at this time and in the days ahead. My thoughts and prayers are with you all in your time of grief.

My dear Sis, I am so sorry for your loss. Words somehow are so inadequate. I wish I could be there for you! If you ever need someone to talk to no matter what time of the day it may be, please call. I am here for you! I cried when you told me he had died because I know how much you loved him and will miss him. Even now it is hard for me to think of what you are going through. Tara, he was always so proud of you and your accomplishments. I know he loved those girls of yours and rest assured he will keep an eye on them from heaven above. Bill, I know you and Bob didn''t always see eye to eye and you seem to "butt heads" alot of the time, but he loved you just the same. In time I hope those bad memories will fade and what will be left are the good times you and he shared. He loved you and your children VERY much! I am sorry I cannot be there, but y''all are in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Donna
