Denise, I heard of Bob's passing last night. Interesting to note that I was thinking about him last week. When my father in law was alive, every Father's Day was a must for breakfast. I enjoyed my conversations with him and I respected his success! For you, Denise, how wonderful to have spent such time with another human being. Time will help. Cherish the memories! God bless.
Thanks for the memories and hospitality.
Rest in peace

Denise, I was very sad to hear of Bob's passing. I found Hayes Resort by chance 27 years ago and came back every year for 20 years after that. Bob provided me and my family with countless great memories! We also made new friends including you and Dawn. Bob entertained you even when you weren't talking to him. All you had to do was sit and listen! His stories and exaggerations never got old. I will miss him greatly.
Sorry to hear Bob has passed. My father Bob nelson was a good friend of Bobs and I am greatful to have the memories of the Hayes house. I remember bug zappers and gravel parking lot at bob's. Was an awesome lake experience!!!!!
