Melissa, My name is Sarah. You dont know me, but i knew your father very well. My grandmother is Fern Lau. let me just say that it was an honor knowing bob, and also an honor having my daughter know him. he always has special treats for Hailey whenever she came to visit. im deeply sorry for your loss. however, upon reading the obituary, i noticed that you did not mention my grandmother. maybe it was simply overlooked, but still. She was the one there day and night, taking care of EVERYTHING. she did these things simply because she cared. as you know, your father and my grandma were good friends. and it absolutely broke her heart that she could no longer care for him. I guess i just dont understand why her care went so completely un noticed by you. maybe Im wording it in a harsh way, and for that i am truely sorry, but she could have at least been acknowledged. again, i am very sorry for your loss and if there is anything else our family can do to help during this difficult time, please let us know. sympathies, Sarah
