Robert O. Jeske

July 19, 1923 - December 12, 2006

Robert O. Jeske, age 80, of Beaver Dam, died on Tuesday, December 12, 2006 at St. Mary”s Hospital in Madison.

There will be no visitation or funeral service and cremation has taken place. Inurnment will be in Southeast Wisconsin Veteran”s Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove, Wisconsin.

Robert Otto Jeske was born on May 25, 1926, in Milwaukee the son of Joseph and Freda (Backhaus) Jeske. On December 5, 1967, he was united in marriage to June Ruth Immerfall in Juneau. Robert served in the US Airforce for over 29 years, serving in WWII and Korea, retiring in 1965. He is a life member of the VFW Post #1163 of Beaver Dam. He worked at Mosinee Paper and then at the Beaver Dam YMCA for over 16 years.

Survivors include his wife, June Jeske of Beaver Dam, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Lucille Schultz.
