He was the life of the party, the center of attraction, as well as a man who would always place your needs and interests before his. He gave from the heart and soul. Bob Tabb, a friend and fellow member of the Exchange Club of Beaver Dam, is a young man whom I admired for his sharp thinking, his patriotism, and his views. The ideas he presented at our meetings were innovative and useful, His military training always came through in his grooming, his discipline, and his respect for others. I was shocked by the news of his death and know he will be greatly missed. My condolences to his son and family. May God forgive his sins (we all sin) and reward him for his good deeds.
