Russell G. Rueter, age 79, of Reeseville, died on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at his home surrounded by family.
Russell Gerald Rueter was born on December 17, 1943 in Beaver Dam to Wayne and Vern (Pritchard) Rueter. He was married to Cindy Engebretson in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin on June 6, 1992. Russ worked at Enamco Company in Juneau in the maintenance department until his retirement. He enjoyed bird watching, riding horses, camping, being in the outdoors and reheating his coffee.
Russell is survived by his wife, Cindy; children, Kim (Craig) Newton, Christopher (Traci) Rueter, Brian Wood, James (Nichola) Wood, Jessica (Aron) Wood-Quinones and Wayne (Laura) Grulke-Rueter; siblings, Albert Rueter, Gene (Cliela) Rueter, Tom (Deb) Rueter, Tim (Lori) Rueter, Mary (Glen) Wright, Jackie (Fred) Stiemsma and Alice Rueter; many grandchildren; one great grandchild; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Sherrill.
In keeping with his wishes, there will be no formal funeral services.
