My deepest sympathy to all of Shirley's family. She was a wonderful lively spirit in Beaver Dam and, I know, also a loving, wonderful mother. Both Jerry and I especially enjoyed visits from Scott and Ross during their school years -- I know they inherited their heart warming spirit from their mother. A donation will be sent to BDACT in her memory. Annette Kamps
I was very sorry to hear of Shirley's passing. I have fond memories of visiting your family with my parents, Jerry and Lois Mae Berger. My prayers are with your entire family during this sad time. Cindy(Berger) Deming.
It has been many years since I have last seen your family with the exception of Brenda at our annual Cousin's Day gathering. I have to tell you Shirley meant alot to me and I am so saddened. We so enjoyed our Cousin's day--talking, laughing about the good ole times, and eating. The next morning we would have breakfast and bid our farewells! The telephone was our source of keeping in touch! I loved Shirl, as I called her, and will miss her very much! My sympathy to all of you for your loss!
Thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Thompson family. I grew up knowing Shirley, from the time i was 5 yrs old on. Even as an adult and I would see her she always had the biggest smile and time to talk to catch up on whats going on.
