Twyla was someone I wish I could have spent more time with! Loved visiting her at her home and loved having her over for Thanksgiving dinner one year. My mother, Shirley Eichenseer, sends her condolences. She considered Twyla one of her best friends from school days. They travelled together to Europe (where I met Twyla in London once with Shirley) and they kept in touch via email right up until the end. They even shared the same birthday one year apart (April 10). Shirley now lives with us (daughter and son-in-law) in Singapore on the other side of the world or she would have come in person.
